6’3″ 288lb 2013 Class Center Mike Busse from Newmarket Ontario passed on some Canadian college football opportunities for a shot at Div.I football in the U.S. Mike wasn’t a Full Qualifier by U.S. standards but Mike and several Junior college coaches are confident he is definitely a Div.I talent .At 6’3″ 288lbs Mike ran a 5.18 forty at a prep combine in Buffalo N.Y. ,Repped 225lbs X 24 on the bench press and squated 500lbs X 8 reps. Mike passed on another Junior College offer in Utah citing that the distance was 17hrs from the Canadian border vs Ellsworth CC in Iowa was only 5 hrs.Mike is one of the most dominating centers I have seen in years his mobility allows him to get down field and pick off def. backs and linebackers with ease .People throw around the phrase he’s a man against boys to often when referring to top level athletes but in Mikes case it is the truth which explains his 94 pancake blocks in 10 games. On most plays his explosive burst overwhelms the defensive lineman immediately without hesitation he knows that his teammates expect more than block from him so then sprints downfield and cleans up the secondary with crisp textbook blocks. The ceiling is extremely high for this young man.

2013 Class RB Tevin Vickers From 8A Orlando Timber Creek High In Orlando Fla. commits to Erie Community College in Buffalo New York .Tevin a 3 yr starter in Florida’s highest classification level 8A despite his size 5’6″ 155Lbs has maintained a starting position at of all places Fullback for 3 consecutive seasons. With a student enrollment of more than 3,600 students at Timber Creek that has so many players tryout for the varsity football team that they have to cut players in the Spring and the Fall Tevin’s toughness has always been his equalizer for not having traditional fullback size. For 3 yrs larger players have tried unsuccessfully to unseat Tevin at the the FB spot and no one has even came close .In 2011 Tevin paved the way for 6’2″ 220lb Kyle Snead who rushed for more than 1,600 yards .In 2012 Tevin opened holes for underclassmen phenom Jaques Patrick who rushed for more than 2,200 yards in his soph season and has 31 Div.1A offers already .In addition to his incredible knack for blocking Tevin played a larger role in the passing game this yr in addition to getting more carries than in previous yrs.The coaches at Erie’s 1st responses regarding Tevin’s highlight footage was that his toughness just jumps out of the screen on his video .This was no surprise since Tevin was mentioned by the Orlando Sentinel on more than one occasion as being one of the toughest players pound for pound in the football hotbed of Central Florida. The Erie CC coaches also took notice of his effortless ability to catch the ball in critical moments. They feel that Tevin may start off as a situational back and their short term goal is to make him an every down back.Tevin was a big part of the 2012 Timber Creeks teams success 12-4 record .See Tevin\'s senior highlights. If you have ever been told youre not big enough watch this

Tyler Chaudoin Def.End from Geneva Fla.is a long way from home and loving it.At this time last year Tyler the 2011 H.S. grad was working at a hunting lodge in Central Florida trying to figure out how to get back into football without any contacts and one grainy and barely visible H.S. highlight film that was impressive if you could make out who he was .With college coaches having to go thru countless highlight reels I am sure most coaches didn’t have time to squint and replay each clip over and over to see who this unknown kid was.One day Devon Dwyer a Linebacker from Oviedo Fla.that we placed at Western Illinois called to ask me if I could help one of his buddies that had been out of the game for a year.I was skeptical and asked him does he know if he has been working out at least and Devon replied yeah he’s always in the gym I work out at.Knowing that Devon benches in the 360lb range I asked is anywhere near your range in strength and to my surprise he said ohh Tylers much stronger than me.Tyler and I had a conversation that same day and I could hear the determination and urgency in his voice. However he needed two core classes replaced for Div.IA eligibility but you can only replace 1 core class in prep school for Div.IA we went over this and he said well I’m ok with D2 I just wanna get back on the field so he opted for Prep school to replace his 1 core class that would clear him for d2.He went to Jireh prep in N.C. and was a hit from the beginning .The coaches said you would never know this kids been out of the game for a year but at the conclusion of the season the Div.II interest was coming in like we expected and D1′s showing interest too untill they found out about the missing core class. After Tyler had seen how he matched up against several players and teams loaded with D1 prospects like Ga. Military ,Fork Union and Hargrave .He called me to say I have come this far is there any way that I can get to D1 and I told him yes you can go the Junior college route but it’s not easy the competition is stiff because most of the players are there just because of an academic issue not for lack of talent. We contacted several JUCO’s the next day and the interest was immediate but one school in Iowa seemed to be the best fit .It was a new coaching staff from Hutchinson cc in Ks. a juco power with a ton of Div.I ties and they had just graduated most of their defensive line. They made Tyler a scholarship offer immediately and he was enrolled and in classes for the 2nd semester in Jan two weeks later.Since day one Tyler has impressed the Elsworth Staff with his incredible work ethic and 1st one to get in line for a drill attitude .At the Junior college level the scrimmages and practices are watched heavily by major colleges and Tylers impressive showings in these scrimmages and workouts(Benches 450lbs) have triggered very strong interest from several BIG 10 and Big 12 programs that are showing up and asking for him by name now. He’s a Player that felt the game was about to pass him by and he knows better than to take a second chance for granted.See Tyler’s highlights and Bench Press footage at the end.

Now with 2012 10-2 SWAC Champs 1AA (FCS) Level Arkansas Pine Bluff is making a name for himself by having an outstanding performance in the Spring game .Not bad for the mid year Freshman that arrived in Jan 2013 after a 5 month stint in prep school. Here are the notes taken in a Pine Bluff Ark publication.

Brandon Duncan showed he’s blossomed as a quarterback in spring drills. The first-string defense totaled seven sacks — five against first team QB Ben Anderson — and intercepted a pass.

Duncan, a freshman transfer from North Carolina Prep, finished with 88 yards and a touchdown on 8-of-12 passing with an interception. He engineered scoring drives on his first three possessions.
“I know what I’m capable of,” Duncan said. “I just had to be relaxed and let things come. I didn’t rush anything, my line blocked for me, and I was able to mix that with good decisions.”
Anderson, the Lions’ starting QB, didn’t lead the offense to a touchdown until the opening drive of the second half. He was sacked three straight times on a second-quarter drive,
Anderson and Duncan both quarterbacked the all-offensive Gold team, but any offensive points were scored with Duncan leading the drives.

Dear Tim Dickens .Big 3 scouting is a great recruiting program I really felt that they cared about getting me to the best school they could. Tim was very professional and I feel like he was always working his hardest he got me in contact with many colleges and always made me feel confident that I was going to get into not only a good football school but academics as well. He landed me an opportunity to workout for Ashland University ranked #7 in the nation for division two and with that one chance I was able to get a Ashland to offer me after that workout . I truly believe that I would of never of got to opportunity to play at such a school like Ashland without big 3 scouting. I will always be grateful for what Tim has done for me and would recommend big 3 scouting to anyone who is serious about playing college football.

Sincerely
Thomas Hill 2013 Class Safety

Big 3 Scouting Manny Jones N.Y. SS/LB Jones accepts offer with Mountain East Conference Glenville State, Glenville W.Va.

2013 Prospect Manny Jones from Roosevelt High School Roosevelt N.Y. Accepts a Football scholarship offer with Glenville State in the newly formed Mountain East Conference formerly the WVIAC Conf. (West Va. Intercollegiate Athletic Conference ) where the Pioneers were tied for second place in the standings in 2012 .The coaching staff at Glenville feels that Manny (Emmanuel) Jones at 6’3″ 195lbs had the range, length and speed to warrant being offered the teams only designated athlete position. This will fit Manny well he is a very versatile athlete. At Roosevelt High he was used everywhere from RB,DE,LB and Safety .After graduating from Roosevelt Manny enrolled into Jireh Prep Post grad program in N.C. This was a move that was based on gaining more size than needing an academic boost that most of the players that attend Post Grad programs and Prep Schools for .Manny Graduated with a 3.0 GPA and an 880 SAT test score but didn’t test until after the school year in 2012 so by the time his scores were in the bulk of the recruiting had passed him by .He left Roosevelt at 6’1″ 170lbs and the Prep school would give him an opportunity to earn more time at the Safety spot which may be the ideal position for him at the next level as opposed to the def end position that the coaches needed him to play the majority of the time at Roosevelt High.Prep School also gave him time to grow 2 more inches and add 25lbs to his frame and repackage himself to college coaches with more film as an outside linebacker and strong safety .Instead of being much too small def end prospect he is now an ideal tall rangy safety / linebacker hybrid athlete at 6’3″ 195lbs.

When we contacted Glenville State they were initially looking for a junior college transfer to fill the role that Manny will have.Obviously to extend him an offer after one season of prep school football vs some junior college players with as much as 3 yrs collegiate experience speaks volumes about what they think of Manny’s potential. This program is on the rise also they had 11 players to make the all WVIAC team last yr .The pioneers have also had plenty of NFL activity this off season too with their 6’6″ 333 lb 2nd Team All American Sr.Offensive Tackle Mark Jackson who’s stock is rising daily with NFL draft experts.

Please note coaches from the SEC ,Big East ,Sunbelt ,OVC ,ACC and other conferences. Wesley’s updated contact info will be available soon .We will be working on a youtube upload in the event his former high school is unable to facilitate last seasons HUDL highlights .See other programs considering early offers to Wesley

We were amazed that with Wes’s size and potential that he was not known as well as you would think .However this is changing rapidly.
Wesley a 3.5 GPA student with a 20 ACT is looking forward to gaining more exposure by hitting numerous camps this Summer. The 17 year old Junior offensive line prospect played varsity basketball this season for Giles. The additional stamina and agility that was gained from playing hoops this season should really pay off in the tough one on one camps he has scheduled in the coming weeks.
